If you are considering the purchase of a home, Dahlman Real Estate provides Buyer’s Broker service that warrants your serious consideration. This service guarantees that your interests will be represented in the purchase of a home, not the interests of the home seller.


If you are unfamiliar with the concept of buyer representation, Dahlman Real Estate will be happy to provide complete information upon your request. In brief, we will as your Buyer’s Broker, represent you, not the seller at the outset of our relationship. Without such a relationship, other Realtors and all other agents/brokers are obligated to represent their home sellers until an Agency Disclosure form changes that relationship.


In addition to helping you find the home that best fits your requirements and desires, we take great care with technical and critically important tasks of writing a Purchase Contract and following through to ratification, reviewing seller disclosures and their completeness, reviewing inspection reports, and monitoring all aspects of the buying process until a successful close is completed on your behalf.  We will work with you after the sale to ensure a successful and complete transaction.
